THE PILGRIM'S HOUSE

1. There are 2 rooms, both with 2 bunk beds.
2. There is a bathroom.
3. There are blankets.
4. There is no kitchen.
5. The rooms are not heated.
6. There is no place for bicycles.

IN THE HOUSE

1. Leave your shoes and backpack at the entrance of the house
2. Keep the premises ventilated.
3. Make use of the sanitizers available in the room.
4. Solutions of water and alcohol are available to sanitize, if necessary.
5. You are not allowed to drink or eat in your room.
6. Take all your trash with you./li>
7. No pet service.
8. For security reasons, pilgrims must not let in other pilgrims who are not authorized by the operator

HISTORY OF THE HOUSE

The PILGRIM'S HOUSE is part of the monumental complex of Saint Gilles (Sant'Egidio). This centre of spirituality was born shortly after 900 AD by priests of common life according to the Rule of St. Augustine who continue the spiritual care and custody.
VERRES è is located on the Via Francigena and has always been a stopover for pilgrims to and from Rome – Jerusalem.
The ancient foundation of Roman times, outpost to the Alps, has an ancient craft vocation of and therefore industrial.
